Store Policies
Due to the custom nature of made-to-order press-on nails, Claws of Hatred does not accept returns or refunds.
Once an order is placed, we do not offer refunds unless it is past the noted processing time on your order due to delays on Claws of Hatred’s end. If you would like to request a refund beyond the processing time, you may email us and request one. If we have notified you in writing that there will be a delay in your processing time and you acknowledge/agree, then a refund is not possible even past the noted time. The only other situation in which we will offer refunds is if you’ve purchased a custom set, and we are not confident that we can execute on your vision. At which point, we will promptly offer a refund of the exact price you paid for your order.
If you are dissatisfied with your set design, we encourage you to address your concerns at each opportunity you have so that we can attempt to correct the issue before we reach final approval and shipment.
- Custom sketches include two complementary revisions. If at two revisions, you require more revisions, you agree that this will cause delays with your set and may be subject to a processing fee due to the delay affecting other orders in the queue
- You may ask for photos of your set in progress at any point during the processing time. If, at any point upon receiving these images, you are not satisfied with the way your set is being executed, please speak up – otherwise, we cannot address any concerns later on in the process
- When we reach final approval and prepare to ship your order, no additional adjustments may be made at this point
Once an order has been dropped off to a shipping partner (ie: USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc), the package is now out of Claws of Hatred’s hands. We are not responsible for any damages during transit due to shipping partners’ mishandling, or lost packages, and all of our packages come with mandatory tracking numbers (including insurance up to a certain dollar amount) to ensure you have options to receive compensation if a package is damaged/lost. Please do let us know if the package does not arrive as intended and we can assist you as far as providing instructions from a shipping partner on how to file a claim; we are not liable or responsible for replacing or refunding the items.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items, ie: Nail Elixir or Press-Off Serum
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges
