Cancellation policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it's marked as "in-progress" on our schedule page. Your order must be cancelled before the order status is set to in-progress, meaning it must remain in the Not Started column prior to the date of your cancellation request. 

Example: Your order is in the Not Started column until January 20th. On January 21st, it moves to In-Progress.

  • If you request a cancellation before January 21st, your cancellation will be honored and you will be refunded.
  • If you request a cancellation on January 21st or later, we cannot honor your cancellation as it means your order is already being processed.
